THE PROCESS
At Triton Exteriors, we make navigating an insurance claim straightforward. From the initial inspection to contacting your insurance company and meeting with the claims adjuster, we guide you every step of the way. Once the project is approved, we coordinate materials, schedule deliveries, and complete the work efficiently.
Thorough Inspection
We do a thorough inspection of your property’s exterior for any damage that would be covered by your homeowners insurance policy, under a no-fault claim.
Contact Insurance
If any damage is found, we will assist you in contacting your insurance company. Once we have a claim number, we will coordinate a time with your claim adjuster to meet at your property.
Claims Adjuster
We will examine any damage with the claims adjuster. If the insurance company does not agree with what we believe you are honestly entitled to, we ask another adjuster to come to your property and reinspect it.
Discuss Project
Once we have received approval from the insurance company, we get together with you, the homeowner, to discuss colors for your new roof or siding. We will also collect a deposit equal to your deductible at that time.
Check Arrival
The first check will arrive at your house with paperwork on damages. The first check is usually 70% of the cost of the product.
Material Delivery
Once you have received funds back, we will deliver materials to your home and put you on our construction schedule.
Finished Project
Once we have finished your project, we will contact your insurance company for you and they will send you your final check (depreciation amount). Once you receive your final check, we will collect it immediately.
