Coming from a construction family, he’s been around the industry his whole life — and we’re proud to have him as part of the Triton Exteriors team. James takes pride in helping homeowners and businesses bring their exterior renovation dreams to life, ensuring every project is handled with care, communication, and craftsmanship.
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Austin brings southern charm and a strong commitment to customer service to the Triton Exteriors team. He and his wife now call Monticello, MN home, where they live with their two dogs and one cat. Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, and connecting with the community. He’s passionate about helping homeowners and businesses find the right solutions for their exterior renovation needs — always with honesty, care, and attention to detail.
I am the person behind the content. I manage our online presence by creating engaging content and connecting with our audience on social media to build brand awareness and recognition. I love being creative and getting to show our current and potential clients what we have to offer.
I oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring everything stays on track and runs smoothly. I also work directly with clients through sales. I understand your needs and help you find the right solutions. I love making sure our clients feel supported every step of the way.
I am the one that answers your calls! My responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating with customers on projects, preparing invoices, and managing permit applications. I enjoy keeping things organized and making sure everything runs smoothly for both our team and our clients.
As the owner of the company, I’m deeply involved in every aspect of our work. From overseeing projects on site to meeting with clients and guiding our team, I take pride in staying connected to the day-to-day operations. My goal is to ensure every project is completed with the highest quality, while building lasting relationships with the people we work with.
